Once established, I provide clients with my HIPAA compliant text, call or email contact info. through Spruce or I can be reached through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) SessionsHealth through the client portal.
I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach to give you the support you’re missing. EMDR, Brainspotting (BSP), mindfulness, somatic-based, parts work, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are the primary interventions I use. It’s not just what I do—it’s how I do it that sets me apart.
How can I contact you?
Walk and talk therapy is a mode of therapy that allows you to move your body while mentally processing. This is a great option for those working desk jobs that want time to maximize their time in therapy by incorporating movement, anyone who gravitates towards physical exercise when processing thoughts, feelings, and life events or just as a way to diversify standard talk therapy.
High Point Counseling PLLC is located near a walking trail which passes through a graveyard. This location and environment can be activating or soothing depending on the person, both of which are workable states in therapy. There are also local residential areas available.
No. I am not a trained or licensed psychedelic facilitator. For those interested in working with a facilitator, I will refer you to those who can support facilitation.
I provide a harm-reduction model which focuses on safe use and positive support for those integrating psychedelic use either on their own or with the guidance of a trained facilitator or other safe practice model.
Not necessarily. I can work adjunctly with your current therapist if they offer standard talk-therapy and you are interested in incorporating EMDR into your care. I encourage you to continue working with your individual therapist when engaged in relationship therapy.

How can you help me?
Clients report emotional shifts, more intentional behaviors, thoughts aligned with actions, less mental and physical distress and overall a more regulated nervous system and balanced lifestyle that works for them. They report a better understanding of difficulties, improved skills for navigating challenges, increased options for creating solutions, increased mental flexibility and distress tolerance, and empowerment to make the decision that best serve them. Clients report achieving outcomes previously discussed during prior therapy that they were unsuccessful in achieving with traditional or standard care practices.
